You’ve been selected to participate in the 505 Night Market at the Santa Fe Railyard on August 8th. We believe the best night market food tells a story in three bites or less — bold, memorable offerings that are easy to enjoy while walking the market and discovering something new.

Our curatorial vision favors street food-style menus built around small, shareable portions, one to two signature dishes, and price points that make it easy for guests to try more. Think dumplings, skewers, tacos, pupusas, mochi treats, grilled specialties, sweets, and other grab-and-go concepts that are flavorful, efficient to serve, and visually compelling.

While food is at the heart of the night market experience, we also welcome a limited number of artists, makers, and crafters whose work adds to the creativity, character, and cultural richness of the event. We actively celebrate vendors representing a wide range of traditions and perspectives, because the more diverse the market, the richer the experience is for everyone.
